At Custom Lab, each order is carefully prepared and checked before it is shipped. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Final Sale
All items are final sale once an order has been placed. This includes limited releases, preorder items, sale items, and made-to-order products.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and do our best to make it right.

Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
